We are a Pet Friendly Community with the following conditions: pet shall not be over 25lbs. at FULL maturity, and with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit. The following breeds are restricted: Pit Bull Terriers, Rotweilers, Doberman Pinchers, Chows, and Spitz.

Deposits: $150.00 Pet Deposit (may be refunded upon move-out)

Additional monthly rent: $25.00/month for 1 pet; $30.00/month for 2 pets
